How to Place a Cake Order with Selena:

Please include the following details in your message when contacting me to place an order. You can copy and fill out the example below:

Example Message:
"Hey Selena, I would like to place an order for [insert date].
My name is [your name], my number is [your phone number].
I can pick up the cake at [time].
Thank you! Let me know if you need anything else."

Please include the following details:

• Cake Shape: (e.g., round, square, heart-shaped)

• Cake Size: (e.g., 6", 8", half sheet, serves 15-20, etc.)

• Cake Flavor: (e.g., vanilla, chocolate, red velvet, etc.)

• Buttercream Flavor: (e.g., vanilla, chocolate, cream cheese, etc.)

• Toppings: (e.g., sprinkles, fresh fruit, chocolate drip, etc.)

• Filling: (e.g., strawberry jam, cookies and cream, etc.)

• Picture References: Please attach any inspiration or reference photos!

* If you’re placing your order through Instagram, please write out all the cake details in your phone’s Notes app, take a screenshot, and send that screenshot to me in DM. This helps ensure I don’t miss any important information.

Ordering & Payment Policy:

• Cake orders must be placed at least two weeks in advance.

• Orders placed less than 2 weeks in advance will include a $20 rush fee.

• Orders placed less than 1 week in advance will include a $40 rush fee.

• A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for all orders

• The remaining balance is due on the day of pickup.
