By placing an order with Selena’s Sweet Treats, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Order & Payment

All orders must be confirmed through direct communication after submitting an order request.

A deposit is required to secure your order date.

Orders are not considered booked until payment is received.

Final payment must be completed before pickup or delivery.

Deposits & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable.

No refunds will be given for completed orders.

In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. Depending on when the cancellation occurs, please contact me for further details.​
Custom Orders

All products are made to order and customized based on your request.

Once design details are confirmed, changes may be limited.

We are not responsible for slight variations in color, design, or decoration, as all items are handmade.​

Pickup & Delivery

Pickup times must be scheduled in advance.

Please arrive on time for pickup.

A grace period of 10–15 minutes is allowed. After that, delays may affect your order or require rescheduling.

Delivery (if offered) must be arranged in advance and may include an additional fee.

Customer Responsibility

Once the order is picked up or delivered, Selena’s Sweet Treats is not responsible for any damage caused after it leaves our possession.

Customers are responsible for proper handling and storage of their items.

Allergies

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, and nuts.

Please notify us of any allergies when placing your order.

Right to Refuse Service
Selena’s Sweet Treats reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
