By placing an order with Selena’s Sweet Treats, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Order & Payment

  • All orders must be confirmed through direct communication after submitting an order request.

  • A deposit is required to secure your order date.

  • Orders are not considered booked until payment is received.

  • Final payment must be completed before pickup or delivery.

Deposits & Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be given for completed orders.

  • In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. Depending on when the cancellation occurs, please contact me for further details.​

Custom Orders

  • All products are made to order and customized based on your request.

  • Once design details are confirmed, changes may be limited.

  • We are not responsible for slight variations in color, design, or decoration, as all items are handmade.​

Pickup & Delivery

  • Pickup times must be scheduled in advance.

  • Please arrive on time for pickup.

  • A grace period of 10–15 minutes is allowed. After that, delays may affect your order or require rescheduling.

  • Delivery (if offered) must be arranged in advance and may include an additional fee.

Customer Responsibility

  • Once the order is picked up or delivered, Selena’s Sweet Treats is not responsible for any damage caused after it leaves our possession.

  • Customers are responsible for proper handling and storage of their items.

Allergies

  • Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, and nuts.

  • Please notify us of any allergies when placing your order.

Right to Refuse Service

Selena’s Sweet Treats reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
